Tennille Duncan

Tennille plays a key role in onboarding, maintaining, and enhancing relationships to ensure each receives a personalized, customized Pitcairn experience.

Tennille serves as the point of contact for client relationships designated by our internal Family Office Client Groups. She manages disbursement of funds, coordinates the account structure and operational features, acts as a liaison to the custodian, our internal Operations, IT, and Tax departments, and corresponds with external advisors. Tennille is a vital member of the client group and provides direct support and task management to Relationship Managers and Financial Planning Analysts.

Prior to joining Pitcairn, Tennille served as an Investment Operations Associate at Prudential. In this role she was responsible for onboarding and approving new client investment accounts as a broker dealer, resolving service requests and email inquiries from financial advisors, along with other client service tasks.

On the weekends, Tennille likes to spend her free time going to local farmer’s markets and finding a new TV series to binge watch. She also love road trips and hopes to someday visit all 50 states, by car whenever possible.
