Stephanie oversees complex enterprise programs and the implementation of technology and operations initiatives to support and enhance client and employee experiences. A member of the Leadership Team, she is deeply involved in Pitcairn’s strategic planning and serves as a link between all functional areas.
Stephanie leads key operational areas within Pitcairn, including technology, business operations, processes, and integration of acquisitions. Her role includes researching and identifying industry trends and potential innovations in client experiences, technology, and business practices. She is also charged with establishing best practices and cultivating a collaborative, inclusive environment to promote cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Since Stephanie joined Pitcairn in 2010, she has held positions of increasing responsibility and scope across the firm. She previously served as Director of Family Office Process and Technology, Family Office Services Manager, Personal Financial Manager, and Personal Financial Analyst. Her engagement with Pitcairn families has included implementing long-term financial plans, developing investment strategies, risk management, tax planning, analysis, and client reporting. Among the projects she has spearheaded are the introduction of PRISM, a state-of-the-art reporting and information security platform.
Before coming to Pitcairn, Stephanie worked as a licensed paraplanner with Ameriprise Financial where she performed research, planning, and trading functions for a team of senior advisors focused on investment and retirement planning.
She earned a BS and MBA, both magna cum laude, from Drexel University and holds the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Certified Trust Financial Advisor, as well as having a PA Insurance License.
Stephanie finds joy in travel and food. In every new place she visits, Stephanie ventures into local food stores and markets to get a true taste of the culture. Her absolute favorite is La Grande Épicerie in Paris, where she could wander for hours. On weekends, when she is not coaching youth soccer or baseball, Stephanie and her family can be found dining in Philadelphia’s restaurants or hiking with their dog in state and national parks.
