People are the essential factor in Pitcairn’s success and Stacey brings the perspective of talent and culture management to the firm’s leadership team, offering insight and counsel focused on the value added by Pitcairn team members. She believes exceptional employee experiences contribute directly to Pitcairn’s exceptional client experience.

An innovative thought partner and enthusiastic collaborator, Stacey leads the development and integration of talent strategies, systems, and programs. She supports the firm’s organic and inorganic growth goals, providing insight and guidance on people priorities, succession planning, and culture initiatives.

Stacey enjoys the intellectually challenging and fast paced environment of wealth management. She gains satisfaction from helping dedicated professionals perform at their highest levels and by driving positive change for the benefit of Pitcairn employees and clients.

Before joining Pitcairn, Stacey was a Senior HR Business Partner at Hamilton Lane Advisors and was an HR professional with Starwood Capital Group, a private equity real estate investment firm.

Stacey earned a BS in Labor and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University.

When she’s not promoting the success of Pitcairn’s staff and client families, Stacey finds tranquility and bliss in the outdoors. She shares her love of nature with her family and together they enjoy camping, boating, nature walks, and spending time at the beach. An adventurer from an early age, Stacey has checked off a few dream destinations in Asia and Europe and hopes to someday visit all seven continents.
