Raushan Green

He monitors and executes trades with external custodians across multiple accounts paying close attention to detail. In addition, Raushan coordinates with external managers and supports account compliance in resolving accounts that are out of balance and/or drafting new investment policy statements for clients as appropriate.

Before joining Pitcairn, Raushan worked as a U.S. Fixed Income Transaction Management Associate at State Street. He streamlined the execution of over 150 day-to-day front office operations between three investment management firms and their respective brokerage clients. Raushan identified root causes of unmatched trade breaks and provided reasoning for trade failure (transaction, maturity date, interest rate) prior to settlement dates, addressing discrepancies with external brokerage and IMS middle office teams.

Raushan earned a Bachelor of Science in Energy Business & Finance from Penn State University.

With a penchant for adventure, Raushan enjoys traveling, whether abroad to new places, local restaurants, or residential events with family and friends. In his free time, he likes to stay active and has participated in various sports, including track & field, soccer, swimming, basketball, and football. He also brings a fun and positive outlook to anything in which he gets involved, both inside and outside of work.
