Jacob Martinez

Jacob provides relationship management services to understand client needs, recognize areas of concern, and develop strategic solutions. He serves as liaison between internal teams, external service providers and regulatory authorities on behalf of client families to provide organization and collaboration in delivering holistic planning to clients with complex wealth structures. Jacob and his team then implement and manage the transactional activity to ensure compliance with strategic plans.

Before joining Pitcairn, Jacob worked at Wilmington Trust Company where he served as Director of Financial Management. In this role he managed a client service team that delivered family office services, including cashflow management, financial reporting, tax analysis, and entity management.

Jacob has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Accounting from Gordon College and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys playing soccer and building sets for musical theater. He loves to spend time with his wife and daughter and enjoys traveling to learn about and experience different cultures.
