Dana Youngblood

Dana is responsible for ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Dana partners with different teams across the organization to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. She also leads full-cycle recruitment process and the annual summer internship program. Dana is also responsible for designing and implementing talent development programs to support employee growth and skill advancement. She develops leadership training and career progression frameworks that enable succession planning and talent mobility.

Before joining Pitcairn, Dana worked as Director of HR and Corporate Development at Mahathi Infotech where she led full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, developed and improved internal HRIS functionality for Mahathi leadership and broader employee population, and provided consultation and support to leadership regarding employee performance and organizational process improvements.

Dana has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Temple University.

In her free time, Dana likes to run, do yoga, travel, see live music, and spend time with her friends and family. She is also a foodie at heart and enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants.
