Managing Director, Human Resources
Stacey Turner
As a member of the Leadership Team, Stacey applies her deep understanding of human resources to help guide Pitcairn’s strategy, support its mission, and shape its culture.
Stacey believes exceptional employee experiences contribute directly to Pitcairn’s exceptional client experience.
People are the essential factor in Pitcairn’s success and Stacey brings the perspective of human capital to the Leadership team, offering insight and counsel focused on the value added by Pitcairn team members.
An innovative thought partner and enthusiastic collaborator, Stacey leads the development and integration of talent strategies, systems, and programs. She is responsible for assembling a professional staff who embody Pitcairn’s core values of excellence, collaboration, curiosity, innovation, and integrity and for ensuring that human resources initiatives support Pitcairn’s strategic objectives. She oversees timely delivery of all human resource services and compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Applying best practices and creative human capital strategies, Stacey strives to enhance the full employee experience. This includes attracting talented people, nurturing their development, recognizing their successes, and empowering them to deliver the Pitcairn experience to client families.
Stacey enjoys the intellectually challenging and fast paced environment of wealth management. She gains satisfaction from helping dedicated professionals perform at their highest levels and by driving positive change for the benefit of Pitcairn employees and clients.
Before joining Pitcairn , Stacey served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Hamilton Lane Advisors and as an HR professional with Starwood Capital Group, a private equity real estate investment firm.
Stacey earned a BS in Labor and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University.
When she’s not promoting the success of Pitcairn’s staff and client families, Stacey finds tranquility and bliss in the outdoors. She shares her love of nature with her family and together they enjoy camping, boating, nature walks, and spending time at the beach. An adventurer from an early age, Stacey has checked off a few dream destinations in Asia and Europe and hopes to someday visit all seven continents.
