Pitcairn Insights

In June 2024, Pitcairn hosted a one-of-a-kind multigenerational family event at the New York Stock Exchange that we called the 2Gen Exchange. Each guest was encouraged to bring a family member of a different age group (a parent, a grandparent, younger sibling, cousin, etc.) to share in the excitement of the day. In total, 63 Pitcairn clients, guests, and friends of the firm gathered at the NYSE, the world’s largest and most prestigious stock exchange, for what was a highly engaging and educational experience.

Speaker highlights included retired CEO and Pitcairn client Amy Tait, who, during her career, took two companies public on the NYSE. A separate session was with finance industry thought leaders father and son Jim and Patrick O’Shaughnessy. Jim is widely recognized as a pioneer of quantitative equity analysis and is one of America’s leading experts on investing.

Here are video excerpts from their respective sessions.
